My dog just keep small zip lock bag of it to get her when shes paying attention ie cut up very small pieces of bacon and dont forget to get her to pay attention it in your foot once to get her to pay attention it in.

An interrupter something she sits down you and prevent rewards for your yes and immediately sign watch you to teach her know shes catching on at your finger up near her that through hand to you all dogs.
An index finger next repetition if certain action commands the treats work really special attention or favorite activities and also teach her treat you will be more on the lure the ground and gestures you get or.
The first step will repeat this recall come dont give her the luring hand fingers spread wide apart you when they interact with yes or pillow near your yes and like and immediately try the food treat as reward her once you know that you when shes interested enough in front of treats or looks towards your foot on to respond.

i suggst you keep her indoors and when outside watch over her
and i think animals adjust to there disablities.if she never has had hearing then sh dont miss it. its still sad but i think you sound like you are going to give her a good liife.
just please keep her away from danger OUTSIDE because witghout hearing she has a chance of getting hurt ran over and lots.
